REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: September 23, 2026
Last Updated: September 23, 2026

Christ Is Fit wants every client to understand the terms associated with purchases, bookings, cancellations, and refunds before beginning a service.

This Refund Policy applies to fitness classes, personal training, packages, programs, memberships, and other paid services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

1. GENERAL POLICY

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, whether the service has been used, the timing of the cancellation, and any specific terms presented at checkout.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or restrict any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. CLASS BOOKINGS

For individual group-class bookings:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class may be eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling, depending on the booking type.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class may not qualify for a refund.

  • No-shows generally do not qualify for a refund or credit.

  • If Christ Is Fit cancels a class, you may be offered a rescheduled session, account credit, or refund as applicable.

The specific option presented during booking will control.

3. PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal-training appointments are reserved specifically for the client.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable training agreement:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation charge.

  • No-shows may be charged for the scheduled session.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.

4. PACKAGES

Training packages may have an expiration date disclosed at purchase.

Unused sessions may be refundable only when permitted by the applicable package terms and law.

Completed or consumed sessions are generally not refundable.

Promotional, discounted, or specially priced packages may have additional restrictions that will be disclosed before purchase.

5. MEMBERSHIPS

Membership cancellation and refund terms will depend on the specific membership selected.

If a membership automatically renews, the renewal terms and cancellation process will be disclosed before or at enrollment.

Cancellation of a membership does not necessarily result in a refund for a billing period that has already begun.

6. SETUP AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

Setup, registration, onboarding, assessment, or administrative fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable administrative work or onboarding service has been provided.

Any exception will be governed by the specific terms presented at purchase and applicable law.

7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND PROGRAMS

Where Christ Is Fit offers digital programs, downloadable materials, online courses, or similar products, refund eligibility will be disclosed at checkout.

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or substantially consumed, refunds may be restricted where permitted by law.

8. CHRIST IS FIT CANCELLATION

If Christ Is Fit must cancel or materially change a scheduled service, we may offer:

  • Rescheduling

  • Account credit

  • Replacement service

  • Refund

The available remedy may depend on the circumstances and the applicable service terms.

9. PAYMENT PROCESSING ERRORS

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact Christ Is Fit as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • Your name

  • Date of transaction

  • Transaction amount

  • Service purchased

  • Description of the issue

We will review the transaction and correct verified billing errors where appropriate.

10. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Refund requests should be submitted to:

Email: help@christisfit.com

Please include:

Subject: Refund Request

Include your name, purchase date, service purchased, transaction amount, and reason for your request.

Christ Is Fit may request additional information necessary to verify the transaction.

11. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible.

Processing time may depend on the payment processor or financial institution.

Christ Is Fit does not control the processing time of third-party financial institutions.

12. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

We encourage clients to contact Christ Is Fit first regarding billing concerns so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have to dispute a transaction through your payment provider or under applicable law.

13. LEGAL RIGHTS

This Refund Policy does not replace any mandatory rights provided by federal, state, or local law.

Where applicable law provides a greater refund or cancellation right than this policy, the applicable law will control.

14. POLICY CHANGES

Christ Is Fit may update this Refund Policy periodically.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
